Terms and Conditions

Please be familiar with the Terms and Conditions of American Made before registering.

1. Enrollment & Contract

  • A signed contract is required for all new and returning students before the first day of attendance.

  • Enrollment is not considered complete until both the contract and the first payment (or proof of payment plan) have been received.
     

2. Tuition

  • Tuition may be paid in full annually or in monthly installments.

  • Families choosing monthly payments must submit payment on or before the 1st of each month.
     

3. Late Payments

  • A late fee of $25 will be assessed for any payment received 5 days after the 1st (i.e., on the 6th or later).

  • Continued late payments may result in a meeting to review the student’s enrollment status.
     

4. Withdrawal & Refunds

  • If a family chooses to withdraw, written notice must be provided.

  • Refunds (if any) will be subject to the terms outlined in the individual contract.

  • Yearly tuition is non-refundable after the second month of attendance unless otherwise stated in writing.
     

5. Code of Conduct

  • All students and families are expected to uphold the values and behavioral standards of American Made.

  • Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may lead to a review of the student’s continued enrollment.
     

Communication

  • Regular communication between parents and staff is essential. Please ensure your contact information remains up-to-date.

  • Important notices will be sent via email or in writing through students.
    ​

Ages Accepted

  • The American Made Schoolhouse and Homeschool Resource Center accepts ages of 5 years to 17 years. A case-by-case basis will be considered for any ages outside this range.

 

Late Pick-Up Policy

  • If you are delayed past 15 minutes of the scheduled activity, a late fee will be charged. A late pick-up fee is $10.00 for the first offense and $25.00 any time thereafter. This fee is required due to the staffing costs of your tardiness.

Illness & Medication

  • If your child is not feeling well, please do not send him/her to American Made Schoolhouse. Students who have been ill must be well, and fever free, for 24 hours before returning to American Made or school. If your child becomes ill or suspected to be contagious, you will be notified to pick him/her up promptly. It is very important that you keep us updated on changes in work, home, cell, and emergency phone numbers. American Made will administer medication (prescription or non-prescription) to students only if an “Authorization for Administration of Medication” form has been completed by a physician and parent. All medication must be in the original container.  
     

Snacks

  • Snacks are available for purchase. Children are welcome to purchase by themselves but not without parents allowing permission to charge to their account. Parents may purchase snacks on behalf of their child if permission was not granted during registration.
     

Amendments

  • American Made reserves the right to amend these terms as needed. Notice of any changes will be communicated in writing at least 30 days in advance.
