Terms and Conditions
Please be familiar with the Terms and Conditions of American Made before registering.
Please be advised that by enrolling in American Made Schoolhouse and Homeschool Resource Center, you are confirming that you have read, understand and agree to the following policies:
-
There is an annual Registration Fee of $40 to register one child and $70 to register two or more children. This fee is non-refundable and will be automatically processed upon approval of your contract.
-
Tuition for American Made Schoolhouse is based on a flat rate fee, not actual attendance, and is billed on a monthly basis. Payment due dates are the 15th of each month. Fees are non-refundable. Rates are subject to change. American Made reserves the right to deny service upon non-payment.
-
All electronic payments have a 4% fee assessed. To avoid this fee, pay by either cash or check in the amount of the tuition/membership.
-
You will be charged a $20.00 late fee if your payment is not received by the invoice due date. Late fees must be paid with the next payment. Continuous non-payment of fees is a cause for termination from the American Made Schoolhouse and Homeschool Resource Center. If your account is not fully paid by the close of business on the last day of the month, you will be terminated from the program. Exiting charges will be added to a terminated account. If your child comes to American Made and the account has not been paid, you will be contacted to pick him or her up.
-
You must provide a two week notice if you are planning to vacate the program. If a two week notice is not administered, the corresponding fees will be added to your account.
-
Picking up your child ANY time after 15 minutes past their scheduled activity is considered a late pick-up, and a charge will be assessed to your account.
-
If your account is sent to collections, a $50.00 fee will be added to your account. You must clear up the account with the outside collection agency and American Made Schoolhouse and Homeschool Resource Center before re-entering the program.
-
Checks returned by your bank for any reason (i.e. non sufficient funds, account closed, etc.) must be replaced immediately with cash, credit card, or money order. A $25.00 fee will be charged to the account.
Ages Accepted
-
The American Made Schoolhouse and Homeschool Resource Center accepts ages of 2 years to 17 years. A case-by-case basis will be considered for any ages outside this range.
Late Pick-Up Policy
-
If you are delayed past 15 minutes of the scheduled activity, a late fee will be charged. A late pick-up fee is $10.00 for the first offense and $25.00 any time thereafter. This fee is required due to the staffing costs of your tardiness.
Sign In & Out Procedure
-
Parents must sign their children in using the ChurchTrac system. The system will generate a sticker for the child to wear during their scheduled activity.
Children may only leave with persons who are listed on their authorized pick-ups. Proper identification will be required if a student is picked up by someone the staff does not recognize. Please keep your emergency contact information current in case of an emergency.
Illness & Medication
-
If your child is not feeling well, please do not send him/her to American Made Schoolhouse and Homeschool Resource Center. Students who have been ill must be well, and fever free, for 24 hours before returning to American Made or school. If your child becomes ill or suspected to be contagious, you will be notified to pick him/her up promptly. It is very important that you keep us updated on changes in work, home, cell, and emergency phone numbers. American Made will administer medication (prescription or non-prescription) to students only if an “Authorization for Administration of Medication” form has been completed by a physician and parent. All medication must be in the original container.
Snacks
-
Snacks are available for purchase. Children are welcome to purchase by themselves but not without parents allowing permission to charge to their account. Parents may purchase snacks on behalf of their child if permission was not granted during registration.
